Boobs, bosom, knockers, or tits – whatever you want to call them – women yearn to have firm breasts. Many women in today`s society dread the thought of becoming pregnant due to the fact that they may develop saggy boobs after giving birth. Well do not worry because there are many types of different exercises that can be done to help firm up the breasts after mum has just given birth to a new baby.

The more mature woman normally develops sagging breasts – but it is not the end of the world because - there are so many options available for the worrying female to have the problem rectified. Firm breasts will never come about if you wear wrong up lifters (Bra).

The female breast is actually made up of fatty or adipose tissue, so the size is determined in most cases by your build, i.e. how fat you are, these muscles that lie directly under your breast is called the pectorals. The pectorals are partly responsible for the firmness of the breasts.

For firm breasts and to have them look bigger without the aid of plastic surgery you will need to exercise. Different types of exercise can help with shape forming and firming of the breast. The pectorals muscles are where these exercises below will be directed at mainly - if you want results in firming up.

Simple and easy to follow exercises will consist of 1-3, 8-15 rep sets of each move, 2-3 times a week.

Number one - Lie down flat onto your stomach and bend your knees, while at the same time crossing the ankles. Now bend your elbows and place your palms onto the floor a bit to the side and in front of your shoulders. Make sure you are comfortable and stay relaxed at all times, now straighten the arms and lift the body so you are balanced on both palms of your hands and knees. If you feel any discomfort during any exercise – then stop what you are doing. Rest your chin a few inches towards your chest so that your forehead is now facing the floor. Be sure to tighten your abdominals. Do not expect results over night, this is an ongoing process that can take a while.

Number two - Bend the elbows and with gentle slow (not sudden) movement lower the whole body at once. Rather than you trying to touch your chest to the floor, lower it until your upper arms are matching to the floor. Do not lock the elbows at the top of this motion and do not head bob. What this means - in more explained detail is, when you dip the head towards the floor without moving any other part of the body. If you follow the instructions accordingly then you should have no problem and into the bargain – well on the road to helping to firm up the breasts

If you want firm breasts – then do not make a boob (excuse the pun) by neglecting them.
